At CASCADIA ROOTED WELLNESS, 

• Massage series are transferable but not refundable. 
• A massage series of 3 must be used within 6 months of purchase and a massage series of 6 must be used within 1 year of service.
•  I require 48 hours advance notice for any cancellations or changes to an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a $35 fee and no shows will result in full payment of service. 
• If you or anyone from your household is sick, please check in with me ahead of time and be prepared to reschedule our appointment for a later date. 
• Please give yourself 5 days before coming in for a session after flying.
