1x 60 minute Massage: $85

3x 60 Minute Massage Series: $240 ($80 each with a savings of $15)

6x 60 Minute Massage Series: $450($75 each with a savings of$60) 

12x 60 Minute Massage Series: $840 ($70 each with a savings of $180) 

1x 90 Minute Massage: $110

3x 90 Minute Massage Series: $315 ($105 each with a savings of $15)

6x 90 Minute Massage Series: $600 ($100 each with a savings of $90)

12x 90 Minute Massage Series: $1140 ($95 each with a savings of $240) 

 This form of massage is often under the care and direction of a physician for work- related injuries or trauma due to a motor vehicle accident and focuses on the specific areas of treatment. Together, we will develop a goal-oriented treatment plan for your injuries. Updates of your progress will be submitted to your prescribing doctor for review and evaluation. This massage will utilize techniques of manual therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue techniques and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation as well as strain-counter strain techniques. I am always open and more than happy to communicate to other providers and collaborate to ensure continuity of care. 

 I offer a discount for payments made at the time of service (see prices listed above). I also bill the following health insurances: RGA/ BCBS (Regence/ Blue Cross), HMA (Ashland School district), Etna and Providence (PEBB only) 

Please note, I never turn anyone away in need of care for lack of finances. I do work on a sliding scale as needed. I am happy to discuss any access needs you might have. 

All forms of payment are accepted: cash, check, HSA, credit card. Please note that there is a 2.6%-3% credit card fee on all credit card payments depending on which form of payment you use. 

Upon request I can provide you with a 'super bill' invoice that you can submit to your health insurance company for potential reimbursement, if I am not covered by your insurance.
